WELCOME TO A WHOLE NEW CONCEPT IN WOMEN'S FITNESS.

Push is a women's training centre with a difference.

I truly believe that the quality of training at PUSH and the camaraderie amongst the girls and women who train there is second to none.

As a strong group of women we pursue our personal development and growth both in training and outside of it.

PUSH is a place for females (of all ages) to strengthen their indomitable spirit; their courage, their confidence, their integrity and self-discipline to become the very best version of themselves.

All PUSH Programs are conducted in small classes with most classes limited to 12 people or less ensuring the highest level of care is taken with each client.


If you are looking for something to commit to and challenge you then this is it!

There are many women's only gyms on offer these days however they tend to offer "soft" fitness and in the end really don't care too much whether you turn up to class or not.

PUSH is different, each and every student matters.

In the past women who wish to train harder or train in martial arts have to go to mixed (men & women) gyms or martial arts classes.

There is of course nothing wrong with this however there is something very special about an all women environment; especially an all women environment where the focus is on building confidence & self-esteem as well as fitness.

If you have been intimidated by trying a martial art before I promise you that while we will train hard the culture at PUSH is one of support and encouragement with a little friendly competition thrown in if you want it.
